Just me and my 13 year old daughter so MUST be trustworthy and able to provide references and enhanced DBS. Room is large and downstairs. Bathroom
Is upstairs but there is a toilet downstairs. Large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. Washing machine and dishwasher available to use.
Uphill close to bishop gross uni, 10 minute walk to bailgate and 5 min drive to Lincoln Hopsital. Parking available on driveway for one car. Some storage space available in garage.
No smoking in the house

We do have a 2 year old crazy dog so you need to like animals
Upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, large garden.
I work from home quite a lot so need to respect that during the weekdays.
Current lodger moving out in next couple of months.
