Quiet Village Location

We have a room to rent in Scampton Village, a peaceful place, with an award-winning pub and church, yet only 10 minutes from Uphill Lincoln.

We are a family of four. I am a teacher, my partner works for Lincoln Uni and we have two daughters, aged 6 and 4. We also have two dogs, who are very chilled.

The room can either have a single bed (for a discounted price) or a king-size, with double fitted wardrobes. It is on the ground floor, away from our bedrooms upstairs, with a shower room next to it, so you get a little more privacy. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave in the utility room next door, so if you prefer to keep to yourself, then this is ideal. You do have access to the kitchen when you need though. There is a back entrance to the house, which would be mainly used by you. You are welcome to use the garden, which is over a third of an acre in size and overlooks fields.
