I relocated to Lincolnshire at the end of May 2023 from Stevenage; in my previous house, I rented out to MBDA, AirBus and GSK employees.
This is a Monday to Friday, or Sunday to Thursday let, minimum 3 nights. This is NOT 7 days
I have a spacious double room, with plenty of storage, a computer desk and a chair.
There is a temporary wardrobe in situ until I can find someone to build the correct one.
The room is cleaned and hoovered weekly, and the bedding is changed fortnightly.
Towels are not provided.
You will have shared use of the facilities.
The internet connection we use is BT.

The outgoing person has lodged here for eighteen months - my original lodger stays for one or two nlghts per month from October through until April in my other spare room..
