A spacious, fully furnished double bedroom is available, complete with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV, and Virgin box—ideal for relaxing after a busy day. There is also a kettle in the room with tea and coffee provided for your convenience. All bills and WiFi are included in the rent.

My home features a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking, eating, or unwinding. You will have your own designated storage space, including a cupboard, a shelf in the fridge, and a drawer in the freezer.
There’s also a generous back garden with tables and chairs—an ideal spot to relax after a long day.

The property is located on a quiet street in the Old Brumby area, conveniently close to the town centre and Ashby. There are plenty of local amenities nearby, including shops, a leisure centre, Central Park, and a pub within walking distance. It’s also well located for both colleges, the University, Scunthorpe General Hospital, and the steelworks, which is just a 10-minute drive away.

I occasionally look after my son’s dog, so you must be comfortable around dogs Smokers are welcome, but smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house.

I am ideally looking for someone who stays Monday to Friday (such as contractors or those with their own home), as I prefer to have the house to myself at weekends. I often have family over, and my grandsons—who have their own room—regularly stay. Occasional weekend stays can of course be discussed if needed.
