Quiet, happy bunch of professionals, midwife, and two managers The house is tidy and everyone cleans up after themselves straight away in the communal areas so that nobody is inconvenienced and it always looks good. (It's just nice if everyone is polite and considerate.) You are very welcome to have visitors.

This is a lovely, sunny bedroom room, in a large, well looked after house. The room looks out over the back garden and beyond over the River Welland.

Your room is fully furnished with a really comfortable, king-size, mahogany sleigh bed; two bedside tables; a large chest of drawers and a decent sized wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower that takes its hot water from an on-demand combi-boiler, which means that you are never without hot water, neither are you having to suffer the puny trickle of an electric shower. There is also a loo and a sink with a cupboard underneath.

The garden is kept maintained by the landlord and there is table with and chairs out there so you can have the odd glass of wine after work or sit out there with your laptop, soaking up some much needed vitamin D. The apples and blackberries are out in the garden at the moment and, as a housemate, you would be free to eat them.

There is also a sun room / conservatory with furniture if you want to sit in the sunshine without having to endure the British rainy weather.

This is a quiet area, about ten minutes’ walk from the town centre and five minutes from Bakkavor.

There is space for two cars on the drive, on a first-come-first-served basis, there is also normally plenty of on street parking near the house. Or if you have a bicycle or motorbike, you can park it around the back.

A cleaner visits weekly to take care of the communal areas but everyone here wants to live in a comfortable environment and so we tidy up after ourselves promptly. The house is shared, but definitely not a party-house and everyone here likes clean.
