I have two large single rooms available in my spacious and comfortable house in the beautiful town of Stamford The rooms contain a single bed, wardrobe, desk and TV ( with Sky). As I have my own ensuite in my bedroom, you would be sharing the main bathroom with only one other person. There is a downstairs toilet as well, so that’s a toilet for everyone!
There’s a large lounge-diner with a 55” TV and a very spacious kitchen.
It would be great if a professional, friendly, clean, non-smoker wanted to share this tidy and well kept home.
All bills included . Free parking. and a sunny south facing garden to chill out in on those sunny days! Best value in Stamford!
