Old Farm house 2 rooms to make your own

You are getting 2 rooms for 1 – you will have allocated to you 1 king size room and 1 living/ dinning space all to yourself - the living space is a double room alone - and your bedroom a King size room. Both rooms have loads of storage for your use.

We are seeking a professional female for my own preference due to sometimes my husband working away on business - when required.

What is included - the rent is this price as you are gaining 2 main rooms of the house - we have no other permeant tenants at the moment and this is a family home.

We keep ourselves to ourselves/ but we are very friendly and welcoming.

Kitchen area - you will be sharing our main fridge but the main kitchen freezer will be allocated to yourself.

We have a main large dinning room which we are happy for you to use but please note this property does have household dogs present - and this dinning room area is used regular of an evening by ourselves - which you are welcome to join us if you please.

All standard bills are included heating/ electric/ broadband/ council tax.

We have a clearer who attends the property once a week - if you do require your rooms to be included either weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly we are happy to discuss costings - the main whole house is cleaned and included in your rent.

The only people you share the house with is us and our guests when they stay. We will also make you aware when we have family/ friends staying in the property as the room across from yours will be their bedroom.

My husband grandad stays with us for 2 -3 weeks at a time during the summer months but he will be downstairs mainly in our office space. He only uses the kitchen/ shower and will be mainly with us of an evening or in the office space.

There are private spaces of the property which you will not have access too.

You have access to our side garden please be aware this is under development at the moment - 1 of my jobs is dog sitting - there will our dogs and others present throughout the day/ sometimes evenings and longer stays due to my clients holidays.

I will always communicate with you when we have long term stays so you are aware.

I use separate areas of the property for my business but due to the gardens being used at the moment until developments are completed - we will need to communicate when you need the side garden - to ensure you have peace while outside.

Central heating is throughout the property:
The heating is turned on
Colder months - early AM until mid morning
Early/ late evenings

Weekends the central heating will be turned on as and when required by us.

We are both professional workers. I work from home and are on hand whenever required. We both run businesses from our property.

This is our home and is very quirky and different - she is nearing 200 years old and has her perks/

We have lived here for 6 years and love our home - but we now need to developed her to meet our business demands.

We are 20 min walk to town center
10 min drive to Pilgrim Hospital.
2 mins walk to the local pub
2-3 min drive to Tesco/ downtown/ B&M/ Pure gym/ Dunelm/ McDonalds

We will be requesting 2 references and an interview to ensure we are the right fit for each other - but for you to gain a feel of us and visa versa.

The interview will be done off site - and if goes well we will do a meet and greet at our home this will then give you a chance to see what is being offered for your rent and to meet the dogs and make sure you are comfortable with our set up.

This is a long term let and we want to ensure you and we are all comfortable in what is being offered.

We are offering 6 months and this can be reviewed after this time - and continued if we are all happy.

Price based on single occupancy - £770.00 PCM = £192.50 per week

We are open to communication while you live with us - we are a modern couple myself being from London and my husband from Yorkshire so communication is key and we want to ensure you and us all live happy and comfortable together.
