Why We Are Seeking a Female Tenant
We are looking for a female tenant due to personal comfort reasons, mainly as my husband occasionally works away on business.

Utility room: Washing machine & tumble dryer
Allocated parking space for one vehicle (outside the garage)
Side garden (currently under development, ready by summer)
Main dining room – we use this space most evenings, and you are welcome to join us if you wish
Please note: we do have household dogs, and the main dining room is one of the areas where they may be present.

We also have a cleaner who attends the property once a week. If you would like your rooms included, we are happy to discuss this.

We are both professional workers. I work from home and am available if needed. Both of us run our businesses from the property.

This is a long-term let, and we want to ensure the arrangement is comfortable for everyone.
Initial tenancy: 6 months (reviewed afterward and can be extended if all parties are happy)
Price: £650.00 PCM (single occupancy)
Equivalent to £162.50 per week for 1 king-size room + 1 double-sized private living/dining room with generous storage
Application Process
We will request:
2 references
An interview (off-site) to ensure we are the right fit for one another
If the interview goes well, we will arrange a meet-and-greet at our home, where you can see the rooms, the setup, and meet the dogs to ensure you feel comfortable.
Communication
We are a friendly, modern couple (I’m from London, my husband from Yorkshire).
Communication is very important to us—we want to make sure everyone is comfortable, happy, and able to live together respectfully.
