Bright double room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in St John's Wood/Abbey Road. The room looks out onto a quiet residential street, and currently fits a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The flat is well located in an apartment building on a quiet street within 10 mins walk to St. John's Wood (Jubilee Line), 5 min walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo line) and 20 min walk to Primrose hill and Regents Park. There are plenty of cafes, shops, and many 24hr bus routes nearby.

The apartment building has a shared private garden. The flat has a bright and airy living room facing the private garden and a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with washing machine), and many shared storage areas. All bills come to around £110 each, including council tax (band E), energy, water and WiFi.

We are 2 friendly young professionals- Helena, a dance teacher, and Joanna, a GP. We enjoy socialising in the living room or the garden, grabbing a drink around the area, and watching TV together in the evenings. At the same time we are respectful of each other's space and the flat is a relaxed and homely place for us to unwind after our busy jobs.

Our current flatmate Emily is moving back to Australia. We are looking for an easy-going person who is happy to socialise and make the flat feel like a home, but who is also mindful of people's space and who will help to keep the flat tidy. The room would probably suit somebody who mainly works in the office, as it does not currently have a desk. Joanna will also be moving out in December, so Helena is keen to find a fun and friendly flatmate to help make the flat feel like a home! Helena has lived here for 5 years, Joanna 3, because we love the homely, chilled and amicable atmosphere within the flat, and we are excited to find somebody who can add to this!
