Bright double room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in St John's Wood/Abbey Road. The room looks out onto a quiet residential street, and fits a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

The flat is well located in an apartment building on a quiet street within 10 mins walk to St. John's Wood (Jubilee Line), 5 min walk to Maida Vale (Bakerloo line) and 20 min walk to Primrose hill and Regents Park. There are plenty of cafes, shops, and many 24hr bus routes nearby.

The apartment building has a shared private garden. The flat has a bright and airy living room facing the private garden and a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with washing machine), and many shared storage areas. All bills come to around £110 each, including council tax (band E), energy, water and WiFi.

We are 2 friendly young professionals- Helena, a dance teacher, and Joanna, a GP. We enjoy socialising in the living room or the garden, grabbing a drink around the area, and watching TV together. At the same time we are respectful of each other's space and the flat is very laid-back.

Our current flatmate Susanna is moving out because she has bought a flat. We are looking for an easy-going person who is happy to socialise and be part of the flat's friendly atmosphere, but who is also mindful of people's space and who will help to keep the flat tidy. We have both lived here for over 2 years because we love the homely, chilled and amicable atmosphere within the flat, and we are excited to find somebody who can add to this!
