Room 💝: Spacious, lots of natural light , one double wardrobe, built in storage , 3 chest of drawers , has space for a small desk as well.
Shared space 🏡:fully equipped kitchen ( microwave , coffee machine which I’m happy to share , loads of storage , new countertops ) , the flat is in a gated building with cameras everywhere , 2 lifts and super nice neighbours.
There is not living room but I’m happy to share my space to watch a movie , relax and have a coffee .☕️
🔨: I am in the process of making the flat pretty : in the kitchen will be a dinning chair , bathroom will have a new modern cabinet and some storage cupboard, you can change your room however you like as well ☺️
Location 🚆 : 5 min walk to South Hampstead ( overground ) 10 min walk to Swiss Cottage ( underground) , 12 min walk to Finchley Road Station - cute coffee shops , restaurants, bars and all the shops you need are walking distance away . Loads of buses going into central London , 10 min to Hampstead Heath , Primrose Hill, Regents Park , Camden, etc.
About me : 30 yrs old professional, working 7 days a week ( LOL) ,2-3 days WFH I don’t mind if you do the same , we can complain about our work during our lunch ! 🫥
I like to keep things clean ,I am friendly and respectful.
What I’m looking for :
💝 Someone who I can hopefully be friends with and go grab a coffee in our free time , watch Netflix and chill on the balcony -but I’m totally okay if that’s not possible
🧿Respectful and clean - this is a girly flat and while visitors are welcome, this is not a party flat 🥲
🕰️: looking for someone for minimum 11 months stay
Monday to Friday lets considered as well at £825/ months + bills .
