Brutalist, 2 bed apartment available 1st march

The flat’s on the Alexander and Ainsworth Estate, proper 60s architecture, designed by Neave Brown. It’s over two floors, very mid-century modern, with original fixtures mixed with a more contemporary feel.

It’s calm and lived-in, but i like nice design. I like my space, but I don’t want the flat to feel like anyone has to hide in their room — it’s important it feels open and easy.

There’s an outside balcony, which I’m just about to plant, so there should be flowers coming up over the summer. It’s a nice little extension of the flat — good for air, coffee, and slowing down a bit.

You’d be living with me — 37, director / artist / dancer. I’m pretty chilled, friendly, and into a relaxed vibe. I like things respectful and calm, but not stiff. Just a nice place to live. My favourite thing in the morning is the coffee machine, my morning pancakes and chilling at teh breakfast table. I sometime work from home if I am working on projects or I am away on set or in a studio or teaching.
