Queer & very open minded flat/space - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, big living room, with a small balcony in Abbey Wood literally 4 mins walk from the train station (lizzie line & overground) - 30mins into london bridge / 15mins into whitechapel.

2 big supermarkets and lil run of small shops also within 5mins walk

Building is accessible/has lift access, and secure gated car parking space with fob entry.

The two of us - one gay male (Steve) and one gender-fluid housemate (Jaime - femme) flat is generally calm/quiet during the week as both have full-on mon- fri jobs. Very sociable, particularly at weekends as often have people over at and would be nice to find someone of a similar sociable vibe and from within the community
