Double Room In Nice Shared Garden Flat

We have 1 double room available in our nice ground floor flat with a shared garden.

*Viewings will only start once I secure my new place so if I am not replying yet, that is because I can't go ahead with it just now. This will be a 3 month replacemen tenant agreement. No guarantee that you will be able to renewthe contract I'm afraid.*

The rent is £575 each + bills!
We have a weekly cleaner, £24pm each. All bills come up to around £200 per month depending on gas usage.

Room - large double with laminated wooden floor.
Includes wardrobe, 2 seats couch, chest of drawers, coffee table and shelving unit.
If you would like to arrange it with new furniture, the chest of drawers can be removed!
Negotiable to buy double bed (under bed storage space), that will depend if I am taking it to my new place.

Moving in date from 1st May and it can be later as long as you pay the May rent to secure it.

There are 3 professionals looking for 1 more to join the flatshare in May.
Laura works Mon- Fri with some working from home days.
Marie works Mon - Fri in the office. Hala works from home.

Full time workers preferred as you need to prove income to the agency.

The flatshare working hours/days can vary and for this reason we need people who are respectful about quiet times.

Looking for friendly mature young professional to make it our home. We like keeping it clean and tidy and help each other to do this. Respectful of each others space and also friendly to talk to, we like to come up with decisions together, following basic common sense. Considerate flatshare where we take turns with housekeeping tasks and buying supplies.
No place for house parties or frequent guests.

Our landlord is very helpful providing a handyman whenever needed.
