I have lived in this flat for over 18 months and is a great place to live, but I’m looking to move to a different area with a friend so my room is available from the 18th August.
I have lived around here for nearly 5 years and if you haven’t lived in the Ealing Common area before, it is a great, quiet area and this house is a 10 min walk to Ealing Common tube station, a 12-15 min walk to West Acton and is a 5 min walk to the Uxbridge Road which has very regular bus services. It has easy access to local shops and small supermarkets, and is also not far from Ealing Broadway which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

The flat is on the first floor of a two storey house and has a large, bright lounge, a good sized and well equipped kitchen and a full size bathroom with toilet, bath and shower as well as a second toilet in the house. It also has access to the communal rear garden through the gate at the side of the house which is shared with the flat below.
There is room for a car on the shared driveway with enough room for 2 cars. The flat below has one space and this flat has one space, though I am the only one with a car, so the space would be yours. However there is also on street parking with permits from the local council.
It is managed by the landlord and any issues have been quickly resolved in the past.

The room itself is the biggest of the three rooms in the flat; it has a large bay window which also makes the room really bright and airy. It is at the rear of the property overlooking the rear garden which makes it very quiet.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, clothes racked storage and a small table and chair. It has plenty of plug sockets and a tv aerial socket too.

The rent includes bills which includes gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband, it also includes communal shopping such as cleaning and toilet supplies. Paul manages all of this so you don’t have to!

Current Flatmates:
Paul is from the UK and works in IT in the city.
Barney is a Kiwi and works as a building manager in the city.
As a group we pretty much keep ourselves to ourselves, but often end up watching TV or Movies in the lounge together and occasionally go out for a beer or dinner.

Tenancy agreement & deposit:
The current tenancy agreement is managed by Winkworth Estate Agents and the current deposit for my share is £805 and would be paid to Winkworths directly which would then release my deposit once all parties are happy.
