We are currently searching for a new housemate for a lovely freshly renovated 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house that we are moving into on the 1st of August.
We would prefer a shift worker as we are all currently shift workers but it is defo not a deal breaker and couples are very welcome 😊
The room being offered is the complete top floor complete with under stairs large storage cupboard and en suite with shower. The property also has a gated entrance, gated driveway for 2 cars (no current housemate has a car) and large back garden. It is currently unfurnished
Rent is £750 for a single person and £900 for a couple with estimated bills for each room at £60 - £80 a month.
We are roughly 5-10 minutes from shops and the 266 bus route and also close to Acton Town, acton mainline, acton central and North Acton stations.
