The house is 2 mins away from multiple bus stops, 10 min walking distance to East Acton Station (Central line) and Acton Central Station (Overground). Also, Shepherds Bush Station is 15 min by Bus. Kiss gym (open 24 hrs) is 5 min away and Tesco is just 3 min away. Multiple local stores, pubs, bars, restaurants and take-aways nearby.

Bills are not included, and they come around £40 per month per person even during winter time, plus council tax.
