Loft near Acton Central and Main line

We have a flat with a Loft available.

About the flat:
The flat has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, a large bathroom and access to a living room, front garden and a massive back garden. The flat is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped - washing machine available. There is a strong (1gb) business internet connection.

About the loft (900/month):
A large and spacious room. It is fully furnished, including a king size bed, cupboard, personal lounge and personal fridge. There is also a large amount of storage space available.

We’re looking for:

An easy-going and laid back individual who is clean and tidy, considerate and approachable.

We love for our house to be more of a home, which means we value community spirit. This can mean different things to different people, but the common requirements are positive communication, being conscious about your use of the common areas / how much noise you make during quiet hours and to not be a stranger.

There is a rota in place for cleaning.

There is also a huge garden. If you have any desire to have your own vegetable plot, to compost (we have both a traditional and worm compost heap) or just be outdoors without leaving the house our home definitely offers that opportunity in close proximity to the city.

About the area:

There is an off-license 5 minutes walk away, a few express supermarkets (Asda / Coop / Sainsbury), a large Morrisons, high street with loads of different shops (Lidl, pharmacies, etc) just further on from there.

For those who love nature, theres a small park infront of the house, Acton Park is less than a ten minute walk from the house and Gunnersbury Park / Richmond Park are also easily accessed via a short transport ride.
