The flat is perfectly located on the ground floor on a lovely safe street 80 yards from Acton Central Station & a lovely local pub. You have the high street round the corner with convenient stores, coffee shops, beauty salons etc.

The flat has a Kitchen/Living room, Bathroom with shower, Bedroom with Double bed and large wardrobes and a small private decked area.

The flat comes with all soft furnishings as well as TV with use of Sky, Wifi, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine.

Rent includes all bills (water, gas & electric, TV licence, Sky, Wifi etc.)

This would be perfect for someone who is look for a bit of a stop gap.

I'm looking for a single professional or couple who want somewhere to call home and will look after it like it's their own.
