We are looking for a like minded professional housemate for our gorgeous 3 bed flat!

One of our housemates will be moving out as she has decided to buy a property with her partner.

£820 + bills (roughly 140)
We both mainly work from home and are sociable but also like our quiet time.

Ideally, it would be great to share the flat with housemates to hangout with but at the same time respect eachothers space.

Also, someone who would like to call a place home rather than a room to rent.

- - About the room - -

Cosy room with double mattress (will need a bed frame), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The tenant in this room currently uses the main bathroom as the other 2 rooms have an en-suite. There is a floor to ceiling window allowing lots of lights into the bedroom. There is also an option to have this room furnished or unfurnished.

- - The property - -


This is a ground floor 3 bedroom flat with its own front door entrance from the street. The flat is pretty much brand new and modern. It offers a large open plan kitching/living room which is very spacious and opens out onto our private little patio area. The patio area is in a gated community so very safe!

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to Acton Town tube station which operates the District and Piccadilly line. A 15 minute walk in the other direction you will find yourself in Chiswick High Street with lots of trendy cafes and restaurants. Here you will also find a Sainsburys superstore.

Alternatively, you have a Morrisons in Acton High Street which is slightly closer. Here you will also find a Lidl and a brand new gym. Roughly 20 minute walk and you can be in Gunnersbury Park which is perfect for long walks/exercise.
