The flat is a downstairs garden flat. Garden is at the back. Room would be good for someone looking for a space to WFH occasionally during week.

I am looking for a relaxed and easy-going male to share communal areas (kitchen, living room and bathroom). I'm sociable and easy-going.

The flat is very close to the highstreet, gym and swimming pool. It is also within walking distance of Acton Town Tube (approx 15 minutes) and London Overground (10 minutes). Very well positioned to get to Central London/Ealing/Shepherd's Bush/Chiswick/Hammersmith.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (incl. broadband, council tax, gas and electricity etc.).
