However, a cooking hob is supplied for basic cooking other than a microwave and small fridge/freezer already supplied in the room. There is also access to a washing machine.
Large nicely decorated room on the 2nd Floor of Family House, presently occupied by Owner's mother on Ground Floor.
My mother mainly lives alone on the ground floor and so would very much only prefer a female tenant. Safe and secure accommodation with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, fridge, microwave and desk with lamp and chair.
Newly modernised clean bathroom.

East Acton Station(Central Line) 10 minutes walk.
Very close to bus stop and shops(Tesco/Iceland).

High speed Internet.
