The room is a good size double bedroom with lots of light and will come with a double bed with storage underneath.

You would be sharing the apartment with another professional lady who is looking for a fun and sociable person to live with who is clean and tidy.

A bit about the other tenant below:

Hi! I’m 32 and work as cabin crew, so my schedule can be a bit varied. When I’m home, I like to relax and unwind usually with a good series, a book, or some quiet time.

I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I always clean up after myself. I enjoy cooking when I’m home, and I’m always up for trying new recipes (or sharing a meal if that’s your vibe). While I do like to go out now and then especially to concerts I’m mindful of keeping things peaceful and quiet at home.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, binge-watching a new show, reading, or just catching up on rest after a flight.

The bills will be shared 50/50 with the other tenant and the bills will be Virgin broadband, electricity, gas and council tax which is council tax D.

Situated on Larden Road moments walk away from Acton Park and Churchfield Road. The property has a modern bathroom, utility cupboard and open-plan kitchen and living area. The property has lovely high ceilings and wonderful period features and is in good decorative order throughout.

Larden Road is a beautifully tranquil tree-lined road which is conveniently located close by to the wonderful green open spaces of Acton Park and Wendell Park. An array of shops, cafes, restaurants and amenities can be found on the nearby Churchfield Road and Acton High Street. The nearest transport links are Acton Central (Overground station), Acton Main station (Elizabeth line) and Turnham Green station (District line and Piccadilly line).

We are looking for a tenant between 4-12 months as we are looking at selling the property and must accommodate viewings if the property does not sell we will be happy to allow you to stay there longer.
