One of my house mates is going travelling for 4 months and is subletting her room, available from 6th January till 6th May

It is a double room with a built in wardrobe in a lovely spacious flat with high ceilings. The room also comes with under bed storage and we have access to use the loft. You will be sharing a bathroom with just 1 other person. Permit parking is also available on street or free for visitors at weekends.

You would be living with myself 23, i work in finance partly in an office with some days wfh each week. Plus my current flatmate, 25 who is a creative working in fashion both from home and the office. We enjoy movie nights in and also the occasional night out together.

Our flat is located in Acton, by acton high street, with lidl, Morrisons and other essential shops just minutes away from the flat.

There are also great transport links including:

- Buses 207, 217, SL8, N7, 440, 70, 266 all directly on our door step (aswell as the night bus to Oxford circus)
- 15 mins walk to acton town (Piccadilly/district line)
- 18 mins walk to acton main line (Elizabeth line)
- 8 mins walk to acton central (overground)
(direct busses also take you to these stations if you prefer not to walk)

Perfect location if you are looking to be close to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Ealing or Wembley.

The room is £783 per month excluding bills (bills come to roughly £140 currently. Deposit amount for the sublet will be discussed.
