Hello everyone!
I am looking for someone to replace me in my room in this cozy, clean and refurbished 2-bedroom flat in West London, Acton. Rent is £875 excluding bills.
The flat has been refurbished in June 2023, so the carpets are pretty new and clean, as we were the first tenants to move in the flat since the refurbishment.
The flat comes unfurnished, however, we own all the furniture currently in the flat, and the room comes with furniture: it has a small double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. You have the option to buy some of the furniture in the room (the mattress and the wardrobe) or bring your own.
The flat has a new kitchen with new appliances and the bathroom comes with a bath; you will also have a cute shared living area with a dining space.
The flat is situated in a quiet, relaxed, safe and clean neighborhood in Acton, with easy connections to various tube stations, buses and the overground.
You will be sharing the flat with Elise, a nice 28-year old Norwegian Londoner. Elise is friendly and happy, social, into her reading and loves watching Netflix or sharing a glass of wine or two in company. She loves going to the gym, watching sports, going on holiday, travelling and meeting new people. She loves design and art (as she studied graphic design). We are looking for a female with similar interests, between the ages of 25-35, who is clean, respectful, organized and social.
We are renting the flat through an agency, so upon deciding to take the room, you will need to go through a credit check to assure you can afford living here and you don’t have any significant debt. The agency will take care of these checks. Because of this, we are looking for a professional female with a salary from 26.250£ or more. You can work remotely or hybrid or full time in the office, we don't mind. You can get your own desk in the living space and work from there (Elise works from home twice a week and has her own desk in her room).
Once you pass the checks, you will sign the contract with the agency and take over from me: the new tenancy agreement will start from the 18th of June 2024. This will be a 12 month tenancy agreement, with a 6 month break clause. However, as I will move out soon, you can actually start living here as soon as the 19th of May 2024, or even earlier. I would prefer someone who’s able to move in May as it would be more convenient for me, but we can definitely discuss and adjust the move in date to accommodate your needs.
