A spacious double room in a fantastic house with large garden and living area will be available from 1st July.

It's a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets semi-detached house with a garage in the garden

It is located on close to Acton Park, equidistant between East Acton (Central line), Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) and Acton Central (Overground) stations. There are nice shops and cafes on the nearby Churchfield road in Acton and a large Lidl just 6 minutes walk.

Bedrooms are situated on the first floor, whilst downstairs consists of the entrance hallway, kitchen with gas stove and oven, and a large living room area adjacent a conservatory with a great view of the garden and lots of natural sunlight. The kitchen is slightly small as is the downstairs toilet under the stairs (affectionately nicknamed “the Harry Potter toilet”). The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine and is kept clean. The Garden has lawn furniture and is great for barbeques in the summer months! The house has also lots of storage space, and we also use the garage for extra storage, no cars at the moment. There is space for two cars in our driveway.

We are looking for working professionals who are kind and considerate of the need for a quiet one after a hard days work. We keep our living spaces neat & tidy and looking for someone who does the same

Bills usually come to approx £200 pcm/person. Including council tax, electricity, water, the internet. Bills paid monthly and managed by us. Weekly cleaner costs ~£50 per month to ease on the cleaning schedules. The contract will be for 12 months with a 2 month break clause. We have been living in this flat for 2 years now. We have a great, approachable landlord who reacts fast, kind, easy to reach them and he has a handyman who is really good. There is no credit check but we ask to present a proof of income and reference for the contract.
