We are moving on from our two bed one bath flat in Acton in July and looking for replacement tenants.

The flat is in a super well located area with links to overground, lizzy line, Piccadilly and central around you. There’s also a Morrisons and Lidl round the corner, along with a bunch of great pubs and restaurants and Chiswick is 30 min walk.

The flat in itself has a large master bedroom, and a smaller double second bedroom. They share a bathroom with a shower/bath.

The kitchen living room is open plan with a breakfast bar and it’s a great size meaning you can fit a sofa, dining table, tv etc.

We will be taking the majority of the furniture though there is the option to negotiate on a few pieces if you’d like.
