Double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat in Acton. The flat is ideally located, next to Churchfield road, less than a minute walk from Morrisons and other shops, and between Acton Town - 10 mins walk (Piccadilly/District), Acton main line - 15 mins walk (Elizabeth) and Acton Central - 5 mins walk (Overground).

The property 🏡
The main living space of the flat is the open plan kitchen and living room which is fully furnished and nicely decorated and leads out to a balcony, perfect to enjoy morning coffee in the sun☀️. The flat is less than 5 years old and extremely well insulated (haven't turned the heating on once) and also very quiet.
We also have the luxury of a rooftop terrace with fantastic view of London and a bike storage open to the entire building. There is a nice and friendly residential community in the building.

The room
It is a big double room, furnished (without bed) with plenty of natural light and storage space.
The room has a large mirror wardrobe that you can see on the pictures, the bedside table and the curtains (purchase price below). All of the furniture is in perfect condition and less than a year old. You have your own large bathroom with bath and storage cupboard, not ensuite but just outside your door (the other bedroom has another bathroom).

You'll be sharing the flat with Hannah (33), she works for a consultancy firm in London. Her work location varies depending on clients but can also be from home.
She is tidy, loves to bake, very friendly and makes the house feel like a home.
As a flat we’ve always enjoyed the occasional drink or cooking a roast but also enjoy our own space. We mostly go out to meet friends but have the occasional dinners. We respect each other's space and noise levels.
I’ve always loved living in the flat with Hannah, I’m moving to be closer to my work.

Looking for a non smoker, kind and considerate person that likes to keep things tidy, enjoys the occasional drink or meal together but also has their own life outside of the flat.

Contract details
Move in date is around 6th of September.
Rent is £1,150 pcm.
Bills (elec, gas, water, wifi, council) come around £170 per person.
Deposit is £1,326.90.
There will be an admin fee of £50 to update the contract. (We’ll split that one in two).
Bedroom furniture price is £650. Bought it originally for £1068.50 all together less than a year ago.
The contract runs until July 2025.
