Description
Hello,
I am leaving my flat/studio for the last day of June, and since my contract has not yet expired, I have reached an agreement with the agency that I would look for a tenant who would like to stay with this flat and in this way be able to obtain my deposit back.
The apartment is in very good condition in general, it is a very pleasant flat with many positive things such as:
Supermarkets very close Sainsbury's, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco
Many bars, restaurants and movement in the area.
Overground (Acton Central) less than 5 minutes walk, it also has very good bus connections to Shepherd Bush where the central line is.
Very quiet and secure zone neighbours that you don't even know they live here
Large park full of nature, almost a 3-minute walk away (Acton Park)
Those are some of the things I can name, in general
Now the apartment comes fully furnished with:
Bed
Fridge
kitchen
Oven
Cupboard
drawers
Washing machine
microwave
Apart from all this I plan to leave these on my part:
Blender
toaster
Covered
glasses
Plato
black sofa
shower filter
Rug
Some small seats
These last things are not included in the contract and are my own, but since I'm leaving London, I can't take them with me and I can't sell them either, so if you want to keep them that's fine, if not, let me know and I'll take it out a day before
you come in to live
The truth is that I have been here for 2 years and I would not like to leave, since it seems like a very good place in every way and I have also never had any type of problem with the agency, landlord or with my neighbours themselves...
Everything has been correct and fair until now and the truth is that it seems like a very good place for 1 person (or couple)
The price is £1,250 per month including utility bills.
Council tax Property band A.
The agency only wants a serious person who is earning between 37k a year minimum and be Employed to be able to do the contract.
PS: I have stayed here for 2 years since unlike other places I have not seen anything better than this price/quality/space since compared to other studios, this is not the typical square or small box where you have the bedroom next to the kitchen which is so uncomfortable and unpleasant so it seemed fair and cheap to me, perfect for those who wouldn't mind paying a little more than a room is worth to have total comfort without having to share anything. This is something like a 1-bedroom apartment but without a door :)
Any questions or extra information you need to know, just write to me
Serious people please.
Thank you
