Description
My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to take her room, which is available now. I'm a primary school teacher so I’m usually quite busy throughout the week, but I enjoy socialising with friends and relaxing during the weekend. I'm looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, and who will keep the space clean and tidy.
The apartment is in a new development with plenty of amenities nearby:
- Acton Town (Piccadilly Line) - 5 mins walk
- South Acton (Overground to Richmond or Stratford) - 10 mins walk
- Sainsbury's Local - 5 mins walk
- A large Morrisons/Lidl, and a few gym chains are 15 minutes walk away
The flat is in Band C for council tax. We were the first tenants to move in, so all the appliances are modern. The flat has underfloor heating and double glazed windows throughout so it's nice and toasty in the winter and gets lots of sunshine in the summer!
There is a balcony which over looks West Park, and Gunnersbury Park is nearby.
