Hello! We have a beautiful double room available in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. The room, which comes furnished, is in great condition with lots of storage and views of our local park.

- Double bed with very comfortable mattress.
- WFH zone (desk, chair, lamp, reliable Wifi).
- Lots of storage: large wardrobes, shelves, under-bed storage boxes.
- Hardwood floors.
THE FLAT
- Newly re-decorated living/dining area.
- Shared bathroom with allocated storage for you.
- Shared kitchen with fridge, oven, stovetop, air fryer, washer/dryer.
- You are also welcome to use our cookware/dishware/silverware.
GENERAL INFO
- Rent is £900 pcm, deposit is £900 (no other fees).
- Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, broadband) as well as weekly cleaning.
- This is a long-term let, minimum 1 year but we can add a 6-month break clause.
- Move-in date early September but we can be flexible.
- Possibility of getting a parking permit from Ealing council.
- 1st floor flat.

- Close to the lovely Churfield Road, full of independent shops, restaurants and pubs.

ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for a young professional (ideally 25-40). We may consider graduate students.
- We would like a housemate who is clean, tidy and respectful. We are happy for you to have guests over occasionally, but we don’t want someone who throws parties/has people over constantly.
- We are happy to socialise, have dinner/drinks together, play board games etc. but will respect if you prefer to keep to yourself and relax while you're at home.
- Non-smoker.
ABOUT US
- We are a couple, Owain (29) and Claudia (30).
- We both mostly WFH but go into the office around twice a week.
- We have a 1.5-year-old puppy (house-trained & doesn’t shed). We don’t expect you to help take care of him, but you need to like dogs as he loves people and will definitely want to say hi.
- We are quite relaxed and like spending time at home reading, listening to music, watching TV, playing board games, etc.
- LGBTQ+ friendly.
