Spare room in Acton

A double room in Acton. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Shared with single male.
I have a cleaner who cleans the common parts every two weeks for about an hour and a half. She generally comes over during the weekends.
There is a communal garden, which is basically a lawn.
The flat is convenient for Acton Mail Line on the Elizabeth Line. It is also walking distance from North Acton and West Acton tube stations on the Central Line. No smoking in the flat or grounds.
You will need to provide two references. One personal the other professional.
