I have a fully-furnished, self contained studio flat available from July 1st 2024 to 30th of April 2025. I am looking for someone to take over my contract (I’m moving back to Canada as my visa is ending soon) from the earliest date of July 1st. Willing to negotiate move-in date if before August 1st. Able to extend contract.
All bills are included. This means Council tax, electricity, water, and heating are in the price of £1350 per month.
There is a bi-weekly cleaner and linens provided covered in the cost.
Kitchen has a fridge with a freezer box, a microwave/oven duo, and a duo induction hob. There is a sofa and a larger shared kitchen on the 4th floor.
This flat is on the 5th floor, and there is a lift in the building.
Overall a great place and area, super close to a couple small convenience stores, and a 10 min walk to a large Morrisons grocery. Also less than a 2 min walk to Acton Town station on the Piccadilly and District line.
