Double bedroom in Acton Town, in a calm area!

Hello! I'm Silvia, nice to meet you!

On the 20th of July, I'm going to leave this beautiful room.

The room is a double bedroom, with lots of space for even working out. It comes with a massive built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The house itself has lots of storage, plus a garage where you can keep your bike, motorbike, luggage, etc.

We also have a beautiful garden where you can workout, sunbathe or have a little gathering with a bbq as well!

Rent is £680 per month, and bills are usually around £100 with council tax included. As most houses, it might increase during winter.

The area is just beautiful, never had a problem with the neighbors, even when we had some parties or if we did bbq outside.

Closest underground is Acton Town and is just 10 mins away walking (Piccadilly Line) and overground is at 18 mins (Gunnersbury).

We have many shops around the area, even 24h, Lidl is 20mins on the bus with Tesco and Sainsburys on the way, or Morrisons is 20 minutes walking.
We're 3 mins away walking to Gunnersbury Park and just 15 mins away from Chiswick. Around the area there are also gyms, lovely restaurants, cinemas, and much more.

The household is quite creative, we'd like to find a person that is happy to have a chat or a drink, or watch a film, but we are also very considerate of everyone's space and privacy. Musicians are welcomed, I was the loudest in the house, everyone was always very supportive!
