I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate to join my modern two-bedroom apartment in Acton. The available room is a bright and spacious double with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort — ideal if you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home.

The flat has a stylish open-plan kitchen with integrated Samsung appliances, including a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, plus a separate washer and dryer. There’s also a private balcony, perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a coffee on warmer days.

You’d be sharing the flat with me (29) and my partner (31). We both work full-time outside the home, so the flat is generally calm and quiet during the day. We’re tidy, respectful professionals who enjoy a relaxed, positive home atmosphere — we’re sociable and always happy for a chat in the evenings, but equally mindful of personal space.
