All bills inc. 1bd flat in Acton

I’m renting a 1 bedroom flat in Acton for a month from August 19th to September 15th (Possibility to rent until 9/27 for an additional £640 or £54/additional night). The flat is fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped. The kitchen, living room and bathroom have been renovated last year.

Price is for the full month and include bills such as broadband, water and council tax. Electricity is PAYG, I will leave at least £50 (my usual consumption) for the month but if it runs out, you’ll need to top up. Flat is fully electric, no gas. If flat is rented until 9/27, I’ll top up to £100.

The neighbourhood is lively but relatively quiet with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Churchfield road has a small village atmosphere with lots of independent coffee shops. You’ll be less than 10min away from Acton central on the overground and within ~15walk from Acton Main line (Elizabeth line) and Acton Town (district and Piccadilly lines). On the adjacent Main Street, there are buses taking you to Shepherd’s Bush or Ealing Broadway in about 15min. Ealing Common is also a 20min walk away.
