Hello my lovelies we have a room in our 4 bed flatshare in Acton available from 1st September ( and are looking for a new flatmate!

The room comes with a double bed, mattress wardrobe. There’s also lots of storage inside the flat.

The flat is located a 9 mins walk from Acton Central (overground) 10 mins via bus to Shepherds Bush Central Line, Shepherds Bush Market (Hammersmith & City), 20 minute walk to Turnham Green(District) and 15 minute via bus to Acton Town (Piccadilly Line) - The best part is the bus stops are practically outside

Rent: £670+ bills work out as £120 max and around £60-£80 in the summer. Council tax band is C and is £35pm

Timespan: Starting 1st September and is a year contract. Current contact ends on August 31st

Deposit : We are on a no deposit scheme so no deposit required!! (Just look after ya room)z To sign on to the deposit (which is the no deposit scheme) its £161.53

The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and one separate toilet, hallway, and a kitchen + living room area with a balcony.

You’ll be living with Me , Robbie and Maryam as your flatmates. Who are around 26-27 years old.

We are a super friendly LGBTQ+ warm household who are friends and want you to feel welcome, we occasionally hangout together but equally absolutely respect boundaries and if you want alone time that’s chill too but this is a family feel flat so we would do movie night together ect.

We would prefer another professional to a student in terms of council tax. If you are a creative then an extra bonus but absolutely not a requirement.

We have a chores rota for recycling, bin , floor and wiping surfaces as we like to keep it clean.
