I am sadly leaving this lovely flat to move in with a friend in September. Looking for one occupant to move into this spacious room.

Ideally located around a 5 minute walk from Acton Town station with great links on the Piccadilly and district lines, with south Acton station only a 20 minute walk and frequent bus services from the end of the road. Gunnersbury park is only a stones throw away with beautiful walks/runs. A short tube journey takes you to Hammersmith or Ealing Broadway where there is a vibrant social life, with many lovely pubs and restaurants.

The current household consists of two other males and two females, all professionals who work shift patterns.

There is one shower facility and toilet but as can be seen these are in separate rooms (I have been in this flat a year and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for either due to everyone working different shifts!!)

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including wifi. Landlord asks for first and last month up front, but this is still less than a standard deposit!
