Double Room W Private Balcony (Lease Takeover)

This is a tenancy takeover from early September till 6th October 2024 and then, you can extend your contract with the letting agent however you wish.

I'm moving out of my lovely current room as I'm graduating and moving back home for a while. The room has it's own balcony which is huge so you can use it however you'd like. The current flatmates are all very friendly people who love a conversation while cooking together.
It really is a very calm and nice place to live. The room has a large double bed, a nice wardrobe and a table and a chair. The room also gets ample sunlight and a private balcony accessible straight from your room.

There is a football turf, ping pong table, basketball court as well as a community centre downstairs open to all. It is well connected via buses just outside the house with multiple bus routes as well as night buses.

The pictures were clicked at the time of moving in, the only difference is that the luggage is not kept in the room, there is a store room for that. The wardrobe is now in that place.
