Hi! I’m looking for a working professional girl to take over the double room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in Acton Town (zone 3) starting from 6th October. The current contract is towards 14th April, and you’ll need £50 extra for reference check/changing name under the contract, and after April we can renew the contract together.
The room is £925 per month without bill/council tax. About the bill/tax ppm: council tax ~£80, £20 water, £20 internet, £50-£150 energy bills depending on the weather (epc rating is C). We also have a cleaner to clean the flat every 2 weeks (£45 ppm in total) So roughly £1200 ppm can cover all the fees.
The room itself is unfinished, but we can sell the bed (£60)and desk(£20) to you. The room is very spacious (as you can see in the picture!) also has a whole wall of fit-in wardrobe, so plenty of storage space. It has a small lounge where we can eat and have fun. The kitchen comes with a washing machine and a dish washer.
The flat is in a safe neighbourhood, 4th floor with the lift, and it’s literally 30 seconds away from the acton town station (with Piccadilly Line and District Line). There’s a Sainsbury’s local nearby with several other local shops, Morrisons and Lidl are within 15min walking distance. Gunnersbury Park is 7min walking distance.
About me: I’m 26, data analyst working in central London, and I’m working from home 3 days a week. I’m tidy and very easy going, introvert and very quiet most of the time. I’m used to be a theatre lover, and fall in love with street dance and computer games recently tho XD
About you: Hopefully you’re a girl of the similar age (similar hobbies is even better!?!?), and your salary is enough to pass the reference check. It would be nice if you can keep the communal area tidy and keep quiet at night. You can bring guests over as long as you let me know in advance (of course if I have guests coming over I’ll let you know too!) and they can stay overnight, but not too many days
