Large Double Room in Acton Central

Large Double Room available 20th October.

I am moving out of London and need to find a replacement for my room in a large 4 bed, 3 floor house in Acton.

Flatmates:

You will be sharing with 3 lads in their mid-late 20s who are all extremely friendly and a great laugh! I have known them all for years and can confirm they are not dickheads! And look forward to welcoming a new housemate into the house.

Room:

The room is large and bright, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also plenty of storage room with a large cupboard (above TV in pictures). You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate Danny (a friendly actor from Bradford).

The room is also perfect for anyone who needs to WFH, I have a large desk in the room currently (which I will be taking - sorry!) and have worked from home for the past 3 years (4 days a week). Internet is community fibre broadband 1,000 mbps - so you will not struggle for bandwidth!

House:

The house has a good sized kitchen, already equipped with all utensils, oven, microwave and air fryer.

We have a large living room, with two comfy sofas. You will normally find our housemate Matt in there crunching numbers on his laptop, don't worry he's friendly (as friendly as someone from the midlands can be).

House also has a good sized garden, with garden furniture and a BBQ.

Area:

Acton is a great area with brilliant transport links, a variety of supermarkets and countless pubs & cafes.

Lidl & Morrisons are both a 10 min walk, Gym Group and Pure Gyms are also around 10-15 min walk

Spoons is a 15 min walk for those looking for a cheap pint.

Richmond & Kew 15 minutes on the train.

Transport:

Lizzie line is 8 minute walk from the house & you can get to tottenham court road in 15 minutes.

You also have the overground 15 min walk away & North Acton Central line tube 20 mins walk.

Bills & Rent:

Rent is £825 PCM
Council Tax is £45.50
Internet £6.25
Electric usually ranges from £10-£20 pcm
Water (every 3 months) and usually around £30-£40
Total Rent & Bills usually come to around just shy of £900pcm and then the additional water bill every 3 months.

Deposit:

This will be £900 and will be paid directly to me before you move in, you should receive this back at the end of the tenancy.

Moving in & out:

Room is available from 20th October.

You will require job and (if possible) landlord reference that will be sent to the estate agent before you can move in.

If you do want to move out at any point, you will need to find a replacement tenant and liaise with the rest of the housemates and estate agent.
