Brand new room

I have a room for rent in a newly built two-bedroom flat. No one has lived in the flat before – everything is new, modern, and ready to move in. The tenant won't have too many responsibilities as the flat is fully equipped. The area is very quiet and clean, with shops nearby, including Lidl, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. There is great public transport to the city center, about 20 minutes from East Acton, and the flat is located in that area. The rent is £1450 per month, plus gas bills during the winter heating period. I'm looking for a clean, responsible, and calm person.
