I’m moving home for around 6 months so looking to sublet my 2 bedroom flat in Acton from mid October for £2250 a month

Includes: council tax, super fast wifi, water. G&E on top. Gardener and every other month window cleaner included for the building (the next door neighbour is the gardeners and he’s so so lovely)

Can include per your preference: vacuum cleaner, steam mop, current cleaning supplies, basic crockery and utensils, sofa cushions and other soft furnishings, TV, kitchen bits like microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer etc

Other amenities: balcony, residential parking for £70-100 for the year. Local shops and cafes all walking distance. Elizabeth line 4 min walk, central line 15 min walk and overground 10 min walk.
