Hello 🤗 my flatmate is moving out after almost two years living in our flat so I’m looking for a new flatmate, please find the details below.

Your new flat 🏡
It’s a new build completed in 2021. It has a garden only accessible for residents, bike storage, security doors, and good insulation so it’s not so cold or warm during winter and summer. It also has modern features and a smart meter. It is surrounded by green spaces and just downstairs there’s a cafe, Sainsbury’s, a gym, a hairdresser, and a GP surgery. The tube station is 10min away and the overground is 5min away.

Your en-suite bedroom ✨
Bathroom with contemporary tiling and a big mirror. Shower, WC, and heated towel rail. There’s a fitted closet and a window with a view to the communal garden with no noise from the street. You will also have storage space with its own light in the corridor. It is big enough to be used as a second wardrobe and store your suitcases/boxes. The room comes unfurnished but we can discuss this.

Your living room, kitchen, and balcony 🛋️ Open plan, sleek and modern with Electrolux appliances including electric hob, oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer tucked away in a laundry cupboard. I’ll be changing the furniture to a more modern style including a sofa with a chaise longue and a new TV. The balcony has two chairs and a table perfect for summer days.
