Large double room in 2-bed friendly flat

Hi everyone,

My lovely large double room is becoming available because I am moving in with my partner. The flat has everything that's needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with space to dine and watch films on the projector.

The room is large with a king size ottoman bed and lots of storage space, and as it currently seems all my furniture can be left for the next tenant.

The flat is in a very good location, Acton Main Line station (Elizabeth Line) is about 5 minutes away taking you to Tottenham Coart Road in 15mins, Central Line 10 minutes away - perfect for commuting and people who work in the city or on these lines. The centre of Acton is also a walk away with lots of shops, restaurants, etc.
Bills are not included and are consistently a bit under £200/month.

My flatmate is a very friendly guy who is working and studying, we always found it easy to hang and go out or do our own things.

Move in date would be mid-December, which could potentially be slightly negotiated, but should definitely happen before the holidays. You would take over my contract and would be expected to renew on the 31st of January.
