🛏️ Living situation: The room has a bed and a wardrobe already. You’ll also be sharing with 4 lovely girls who are students. Ideally looking for another student who is 18-25 but can be flexible.

📍Location: The house is in East Acton, about a 10-minute walk from the Central Line and Overground stations, 15-minute walk from Acton Main Line and a short bus away from the Piccadilly Line station and White City (Westfield Shopping Centre). It’s also only a 3-minute walk away from Lidl.

💸 Rent, bills, deposit: Monthly rent is £900.94 and the deposit is £1061. Bills are around £100 per month. New tenant will have to undergo referencing checks.
