It comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and a bedside table.
The kitchen is fully kitted (no dishwasher) and we have a conservatory with a tumble dryer.
There are 2 bathrooms.
Ideally we're looking for a professional or postgraduate student to fit in with the rest of the house - what's important is that they're clean, respectful and happy to follow a cleaning rota. We're quite relaxed about things like playing music or having people over as long as you can use some common sense about noise etc.
The room is £433.80 pcm not including any bills. There is space for a car in front and a bike in back.
