I’m renting out my spare room in Acton (under 5 min walk to Acton mainline).
It would suit someone who is commuting to London and needs somewhere to stay mid week. The Elizabeth line gets you to central in 11 mins, Liverpool st in 25 mins.
Midweek evenings are fairly chilled - cooking and early nights! You’re welcome to watch tv in the lounge or keep to yourself. I’m fairly chilled but someone who respects someone else’s space is definitely appreciated!
