Spacious double room in lovely quiet flat in Acton

I have one bright, double room going in a lovely 2-bed flat in Acton. The flat is very spacious with a big open kitchen living area, and some shared storage. The room comes with the big wardrobe and chest of drawers, but not the bedside tables.

It is around a 15 minute walk from Acton Central Station (overground) or opposite bus stops that go to Shepherd's Bush or Hammersmith in 10 mins. It is walkable to the lovely Ravenscourt Park or to Chiswick.

I have lived here for a couple of years and now my fabulous flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace her. I'm looking for someone very clean and tidy, and generally considerate. I am out a couple of nights a week when I stay at my boyfriend's but other usually around.

I am 31, into cooking, exercise, and chatting over dinner or wine. I work from home most days and go into the office one day a week. I am very tidy, fairly quiet and, although I love the odd out out night, I'm mostly an early bedtime kind of gal.

The room will be available from 1st Feb. Rent is £1125 a month, plus bills which come to around £200 each.
