Single room, 1 flatmate, opposite tube station

I am looking for a new female housemate to move into a single room I currently rent. The flat is a one-bedroom, and I am the only other tenant. This single room for one occupant is located in a tidy and quiet flat in Acton, just opposite the Acton Town tube station (W3) and 5’ wallk from Gunnersbury Park.

It is furnished with a sofa (double bed), chest of shelves, flat-screen TV, coffee table, lamp, table with chairs, and a computer chair. There is also a small wardrobe in the hall. The kitchen is fully refurbished, and all equipment (basics plus microwave, espresso machine, fryer) is provided. The kitchen has a view of the communal garden. The bathroom is fully refurbished and kept clean and tidy.

Around the corner there is access to bus (E3 & 70) to Chiswick & South Kensington. In 10’-15’ walk there is access to Overground (South Acton station) to Richmond & Stratford. Acton Town tube station , right opposite the flat, serves Piccadilly (night tube on weekends) & District Lines. In two tube stations, there is Ealing Broadway having access to Central, District & Elisabeth Lines, and an excellent bus connection ( to Uxbridge-SL8, White City-207, Richmond- 65 and many more)

Many grocery shops in 5’-10’ walk away are Sainsburys & Morrisons. In Ealing Broawday there is a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants and cafes.

Requirements: Due to rising power prices, monthly electricity and gas of more than 120 pounds are subject to negotiation.
