3 Months Sublet

As I’m going away to travel for 3 months I’m looking for someone to take over my beautiful room for December, January and February. Ideally a very clean, tidy and considerate person who is not new to shared living and has a respectful and mature attitude. We are all easy going people who get on with our busy lives but also make this our home and treat it like that. The room is large and spacious with high ceilings and facing a quiet communal garden. It’s a gorgeous and stylish room ( the carpet is brand new), the mattress is outstanding quality and it has an enormous whole wall cupboard. The 3 bedroom flat is well maintained, we have everything needed including 2 fridges for comfort. You’ll be sharing the bathroom (which has a shower and a jacuzzi) with Marco who is super clean and tidy and an amazing person. Also In the same flat is Saakshi who has the en-suite.

The flat is in Acton Central, just off the Poet’s Corner which is nicely becoming a small but vibrant neighbourhood with lovely artisan cafes etc. 7 minutes from Acton Central Overground. 20 min walk from Acton Main Line - Elisabeth Line and Acton Town- Piccadilly Line. 10-15 min bus ride to Shepherd’s Bush and Ealing Broadway.
