The flat is bright, with windows on both sides, airy, in a quite residential area.
The flat has a eat in kitchen with a dining table, bathroom with a tub,2 double rooms and one single used for the laundry.
The room available to rent is with the wooden floor, a sofa bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack, an additional sofa and a coffee table.
We are a family of 2, warm and friendly.
We are looking for a female student or professional between 25/30 years old, tidy, respectful and clean that fits around our routine.
No parties and friends allowed.
